A perfectly balanced wine with nice acidity, rich mouthfeel and restrained alcohol. It has it all, from peach, Golden Delicious apple and brioche aromas, to rich orange marmalade on buttered toast flavors. There’s even a tiny amount of lemon zest. Yes, I found my thrill on Truffle Hill.
