A pretty rose-copper color, this new vintage blends 53% Pinot Noir and 47% Chardonnay from the estate vineyards. It's a substantial sparkler, with relatively high finished alcohol fueling flavors of citrus and apple. As it trails away, light suggestions of cinnamon dapple the finish. Paul Gregutt
